Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team across West Acres Cinema and Century Cinema, delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial targets.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires coaching associates, managing shifts, and upholding safety and policy standards in a bustling theater setting. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising in high-volume environments.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver superior guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervise hourly staff and schedule according to business needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of associates.
• Operate theater equipment and manage daily operations.
