Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, uphold standards, and cross-train across departments. You will assist the General Manager, train staff, and ensure excellent guest service in a dynamic cinema environment.

Qualified candidates will lead teams, communicate effectively, and participate in the Management Accreditation Program for career progression to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completion of basic food handling training and local certifications where required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• Fluency in English; strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support General Manager decisions in staff communication.
• Work across all departments in theatre operations.
• Train and coach Team Members in their functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports.
