Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre. They are cross trained in all departments to support where needed, and to provide inspirational training to all Employees.

The Assistant Manager can become a Senior Assistant Manager followed by Theatre Manager or General Manager after finishing the Management Accreditation Program and working for a minimum of six months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP) with three basic courses.
• Ability to train and lead others; provide excellent Guest service.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Work in all departments and theatre job functions; ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
