The role involves cross-training staff, coaching team members, and supporting the General Manager in daily decisions. The position offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program, with opportunities to advance to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after six months of successful performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Responsible for working in all theatre departments and job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Engages with guests to provide superior customer service.
• Ensures adherence to Cinemark’s guidelines and policies.
