Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and standards met. They are cross trained to support all departments and to provide inspirational training to Employees.

The path leads to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. This role requires flexible hours, strong guest service, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support staff.
• Work across departments to ensure theatre operations run smoothly.
• Train and coach team members in their roles and responsibilities.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to Cinemark policies.
