Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor at our Indianapolis theatres. You will guide the crew, ensure smooth front- and back-of-house operations, and deliver a welcoming guest experience.

This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and strong guest service in a fast-paced movie environment. Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing cash and deposits, coordinating schedules, and resolving guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily responsibilities.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and access vendors during off-hours.
• Maintain cash handling, reconcile deposits, and complete forms.
• Support inventory and crew scheduling with management approval.
• Resolve guest concerns and support AMC Stubs or refunds.
