Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability may be required.
• Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate competency in all crew positions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily responsibilities and guest service.
• Assist in floor operations and crew placement based on business needs.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and access for vendors during off-hours.
• Handle cash, coupons, and deposits with accuracy and reconcile floor safes.
• Support inventory processes and crew scheduling with management approval.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve guest concerns promptly.
