Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
• Alcohol certification/training as required by state/local law.
• Completion of Regal management certification program preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage staff, with HR coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and theatre systems.
• Supervise and coach non-management employees.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and discipline staff under GM oversight.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and safety; manage cash receipts and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with dress code and company policies.
