Job summary

Regal in Saint Joseph seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations and staff at an hourly level, acting as a Regal representative in line with our mission and policies.

The role includes supervising non-management employees, operating projection and AV equipment, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and proper cash handling. Alcohol service requires certification; leadership and budget skills are valued for daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least three months supervisory experience or theatre experience with certification.
• Ability to hire, train, coach, and supervise staff per policy.
• Alcohol service if applicable; complete required state/local training.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise an unspecified number of employees and coach them.
• Operate projection and AV equipment, including maintenance and programming.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safety; monitor risk and loss prevention.
• Count, deposit, and reconcile daily receipts and manage cash handling.
• Schedule staff, manage costs, and oversee concessions inventory.
