Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, ensure policy adherence, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will be cross-trained across departments and participate in leadership development through the Management Accreditation Program.

The role develops staff, improves efficiency, and maintains high safety and service standards. You’ll support the General Manager, train team members, and contribute to administrative reporting while ensuring compliance with

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state mandated certifications as required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training if working with alcohol.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the General Manager’s direction and support staff communication.
• Work across departments and train Team Members in their roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative reports for the General Manager.
• Monitor building, parking, landscaping, lighting and equipment conditions.
• Ensure proper dress code and high standards of guest service.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines and report employee relations issues as appropriate.
• Respond to safety concerns and maintain a clean, safe theatre environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
