The role provides a clear path through the Management Accreditation Program toward Senior Assistant Manager and beyond, with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all theatre departments and job functions to support operations.
• Train and coach team members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure guest service standards and dress code compliance.
• Identify and report safety, security, or maintenance needs.
