Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist in all theatre operations, ensuring policy adherence and high service standards. This role covers cross-training across departments and development through the Management Accreditation Program, with potential advancement to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after six months of service.

Responsibilities include supporting the GM, coaching staff, supervising multiple departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to obtain local certifications.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP) basics.
• Comfort with flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed and standards are met.
• Interacts with Guests to deliver superior service and resolve issues.
• Maintains compliance with dress code and safety guidelines.
• Reports maintenance and safety concerns to the General Manager.
