Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our theatre and uphold standards. You will support the General Manager, oversee multiple departments, and guide staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role emphasizes training, policy enforcement, safety, and reporting. You will be cross-trained across all theatre functions, learn the Management Accreditation Program, and have clear paths to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Complete required courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Strong math and cash handling abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in all theatre operations and departments.
• Train and coach team members in their duties.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and standards met.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Prepare reports for the General Manager.
