Cinemark is hiring an Assistant Manager at our Plano, TX theatres. You will assist in overall theatre operations, ensure policies are followed, and support cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Growth through the Management Accreditation Program is available, leading to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager roles after six months of service and performance. Flexible schedules, leadership training, and customer service excellence are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest service and cash handling abilities.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports decisions in staff communications.
• Works in all departments and theatre functions.
• Trains and coaches team members in job functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspects theatre facilities and equipment and reports repairs.
• Ensures dress code compliance and superior guest service.
• Adheres to Cinemark guidelines and reporting protocols.
• Maintains safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
