You will supervise staff, train team members, and contribute to administrative reports while ensuring safety, dress code, and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Ensures all theatre departments operate and uphold standards.
• Handles guest interactions to ensure superior service.
• Maintains dress code compliance and safety standards.
• Reports employee relations issues to the General Manager.
