Cinemark in Texas is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily theatre operations, ensure policy compliance, and lead team members across departments. You will be cross-trained to assist in all areas and help train staff while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program, with opportunities to advance to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after six months of service and completion of required

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completes basic courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Follow General Manager's direction and support staff communications.
• Work across departments to support theatre operations.
• Train and coach Team Members in job functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Ensure safety, dress code, and customer service standards.
• Identify and address maintenance and safety issues.
• Respond to Employee relations per protocol.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
