As part of the Management Accreditation Program, the position offers a clear path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after six months of demonstrated performance. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Food handling training and any local/state certification required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training required if working with alcohol.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service and accurate cash handling.
• Effective verbal and written communication with all ages and backgrounds.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Capable of following directions and showing urgency.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to train and lead others and resolve conflict.

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager's directions and support staff communications.
• Work across all departments and Theatre job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitor theatre conditions, safety, and property maintenance to ensure standards.
• Ensure dress code compliance and strong guest service throughout shifts.
• Escalate employee relations issues following company protocol.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and security practices during all duties.
