Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure policy and procedure compliance. You will work across departments, coach employees, and assist in reporting and performance standards under the General Manager’s guidance.

The role offers pathway to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of experience. Must be 18+, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong guest service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with the staff.
• Works in all departments and performs theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and proper PPE usage across the theatre.
