Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, uphold policies, and drive guest satisfaction. You will be cross-trained across departments and play a key role in staff training and performance coaching.

As you progress through the Management Accreditation Program, you can advance toward Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager roles, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the theatre and follow GM directions.
• Train and coach team members in their specific roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
