Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Creve Coeur, MO is seeking part-time Theatre Staff to work behind concession and box office, greeting guests and ensuring a magical experience during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will operate point-of-sale systems, sell concessions, keep theatres clean, monitor auditorium conditions, assist with ushering, and support opening and closing procedures. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications; company pays for certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Monitor auditorium conditions for guest safety and comfort during shows.
• Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning and guiding guests to seats.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent guest service and support theatre operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
