Job summary

B&B Theatres in Moberly, MO is seeking a friendly Theatre Staff member to serve as a frontliner behind concessions and box office. You will engage guests, manage transactions, and help create magical movie experiences during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility. You may train across departments and support cleanliness, safety, and efficient operations while upholding our core values of family, fun and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items following food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist with ushering duties including ticket scanning and guiding guests to seats.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including restocking and cash handling.
