You will perform guest service, sales, and upkeep duties across departments, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Training provided and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications; company covers costs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate concession and box office transactions and service guests.
• Sell concessions and manage tickets or vouchers.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist with ushering duties and enforce theatre policies.
• Support opening/closing procedures and restock as needed.
