Job summary

B&B Theatres in Neosho, MO is seeking part-time Theatre Staff to greet guests and help create a magical cinema experience behind concessions and at the box office.

Shifts include evenings, weekends, and some holidays. You will operate POS systems, sell concessions, keep lobbies and restrooms clean, and work with a team to deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at hire.
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willing to obtain state-required certifications (R-Serving, Food Handler/Manager).

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a magical theatre experience.
• Operate POS for tickets and concessions as needed.
• Sell concession items and process transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concessions.
• Assist with ushering and safety procedures as directed.
