Job summary

B&B Theatres is seeking a part-time Theatre Staff member in Chillicothe, MO to deliver friendly, efficient guest service behind the concession and box office. You’ll help create magical experiences for moviegoers while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities include taking tickets, selling concessions, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with ushering and safety guidelines. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication.
• Willing to obtain any required certifications (R-Serving, Food Handler) when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for tickets and concessions.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres and restrooms.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a magical guest experience.
• Ushing duties including ticket scanning and seating guidance.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
