Coming Attractions Theatres, Inc. is looking for a Theatre Floor Staff member to provide quality guest service in ticket and concession sales while keeping the theatre clean.

This part-time role requires evening and weekend availability, regular attendance, and the ability to handle cash and POS transactions, promote specials, and help maintain order. You will also perform routine checks for safety, restrooms, and common areas, and support management with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Active listening and clear communication in English.
• Ability to perform quick math and handle cash accurately.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
• Ability to obtain a food handler permit.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with eye contact and friendly service.
• Keep ticket/concession areas clean, organized and stocked.
• Process ticket and concession sales at POS systems.
• Inform guests about promotions and specials.
• Assist with crowd control and theatre checks as needed.
• Support management with daily operations and safety rules.
