Job summary

B&B Theatres in Wildwood, MO is seeking an energetic frontliner to join the team. The role involves working behind concessions and box office, greeting guests, handling ticketing, and selling snacks with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Shifts are in the evening and on weekends and may include holidays. You will help maintain clean facilities, operate POS systems, and support the theatre operations with teamwork and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Willingness to obtain required certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist at concessions and box office.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing and concessions.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies and restrooms.
• Assist ushers with ticket scanning and seating when needed.
• Support opening/closing procedures and restock supplies.
