Coming Attractions Theatres, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Floor Staff member to provide quality guest service in ticket and concession sales while maintaining theatre cleanliness.

This part-time role requires working nights, weekends and holidays, with duties including operating POS, handling cash, and promoting promotions. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a busy theatre environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work with a team and multi-task.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.
• Willing to operate a register or computer and train if needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with eye contact and friendly service at ticket and concession.
• Keep box and concession area clean, stocked and organized.
• Inform guests of promotions and savings.
• Process sales, operate POS, and give accurate change.
• Suggest additional items to complement orders.
• Assist with theatre checks and crowd control as needed.
