B&B Theatres in Joplin, MO is seeking a friendly Theatre Staff member to join our guest-focused team. This part-time role centers on delivering memorable experiences at the concession and box office while engaging with guests.

You will work evening hours, weekends, and some holidays, performing duties across customer service, sales, and cleaning tasks, with opportunities to grow within a fun, value-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willing to obtain state-required certifications (R-Serving, Food Handler, etc.) with company support.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide friendly, efficient service and handle inquiries.
• Operate ticketing and concession POS systems accurately.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Keep theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas clean.
• Assist with ushering, ticket scanning, and enforcing theatre policies.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and restocking as directed.
