Job summary

Regal in Los Angeles is hiring Seasonal Part-Time Floor Staff for Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will handle ticket sales, process cash and cards, and promote the Regal Crown Club while delivering excellent guest service.

Flexibility for variable hours is required during the season. Benefits include free movie passes, discounted concessions, and a company-supported 401(k) with matching after six months of service.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and reach conclusions based on evidence.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS, handle cash, cards, gifts, and tickets.
• Upsell Premium Viewing experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums and enforce MPAA rating rules.
• Clean and maintain theatres and assist with opening/closing duties.
