Qualifikationen

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Reading and understanding training materials on topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination.

Aufgaben

• Operate Box Office POS system, manage cash and ticketing transactions accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Handle concessions cash and inventory, promote club program, ensure food safety compliance.
• Direct patrons to their seats, tear tickets, and assist with usher duties as needed.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness, inspect backpacks, assist with crowd control and opening/closing duties.
