Job summary

Regal is seeking team members to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles with a focus on exceptional guest service. Duties include operating POS systems, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with MPAA ratings.

All positions require regular attendance and the ability to handle cash and perform basic calculations. Training is provided through Regal Online University, and alcohol service duties require state training where applicable.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion required.
• If alcohol duties apply, complete state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so.
• General cleaning duties; and
• Compliance with our company dress code.
• Operate Box Office POS system and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure tickets are sold per MPAA ratings and policy.
• Answer guest questions politely and in line with guest service standards.
• Operate, prep and clean concession equipment; manage stock inventory.
• Promote and assist with concessions and licensing requirements.
• Tear tickets, direct guests to seats, and enforce MPAA ratings.
• Conduct in-theatre inspections and assist with in-auditorium sales.
