Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. is seeking team members for Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You may be scheduled as a variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly employee to ensure guests receive exceptional service.

Duties include attendance, safety, cleaning, and adherence to dress code. Pay is $16.90 per hour with benefits including free movie passes, discounted concessions, and a 401(k) with company match after six months and age 21.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion or progress toward completion is required.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle cash accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with MPAA rating policy and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash drawer with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote guest service standards and respond to guest inquiries.
