Job summary

Regal in Arroyo Grande is seeking team members for Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will be responsible for ticketing, cash handling, guest assistance, and maintaining clean, safe theatre spaces during showtimes.

Positions include part-time and variable hour shifts with opportunities to promote loyalty programs and premium experiences. Training is provided to ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion required.
• Complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if alcohol is involved.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Operate POS system with accuracy for cash and payments.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and upsell Premium Viewing.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Direct patrons to seats and maintain theatre safety and cleanliness.
