Job summary

Regal is hiring team members to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles at our theatres. Team members ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to company policies; duties include ticketing, cash handling, upselling premium experiences, and maintaining clean facilities.

Roles can be variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly, with benefits including movie passes and discounted concessions. Training on MPAA rules and safety is provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash drawer, card payments, travelers’ checks, gift cards and tickets; upsell Premium Viewing Experience.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program and ensure MPAA rating compliance.
• Maintain concession stock, inventory, food safety compliance, and proper equipment operation.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums, monitor crowd, and assist with seating and safety.
