Regal is hiring Floor Staff in Merced to cover Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service, maintain attendance, and comply with the dress code. You may be scheduled for variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly shifts.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, promoting rewards programs, maintaining safety, reading training materials, and helping guests with seating and inquiries across theatre areas.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion required.
• Alcohol certification where applicable.
• Excellent communication with guests and team.

Responsabilités

• Box Office: operate POS system with cash handling accuracy and promote Premium Viewing Experience.
• Concession: operate POS, manage stock, and upsell items while maintaining food safety standards.
• Usher: assist guests to seats, enforce MPAA ratings, and monitor auditorium safety.
• General: maintain attendance, safety, cleanliness, and dress code compliance.
