Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Theater Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You will greet guests, operate the POS, verify tickets, and share theatre information.

This role supports various positions (Usher, Box Office, Concession) as needed and requires strong English communication, teamwork, and reliable attendance. Benefits include discounts, health benefits, paid time off, and more; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance and reliable punctuality.
• Energetic, friendly attitude with strong guest service.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Able to work in a team and also independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie, specialist event, and general theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety in all areas.
