Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and eligible to work in the United States.
• Friendly, energetic attitude with strong guest service focus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and provide courteous service.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Answer questions about tickets, pricing, events, and promotions.
• Provide theatre information and assist with theatre inspections for safety.
• Keep lobby and auditoriums clean and safe; assist with opening/closing duties.
