Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to greet guests, assist with tickets and concessions, and provide accurate information about movies and events.

You will operate the POS, verify tickets, maintain cleanliness, and support safety while delivering a memorable guest experience. Ideal candidates are 16+ with flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays, possess strong customer service skills, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local/state certifications required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions at the register.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and answers questions from Guests.
• Maintains cleanliness in lobby, restrooms, auditoriums, and common areas.
• Assists with opening/closing duties as assigned.
