Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. invites motivated Team Members to join our guest-focused theatre teams in Salinas, CA. You will help guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and share movie information with enthusiasm.

Role requires a friendly attitude, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in English and provide friendly guest service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, special events, and general theatre details.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Conducts theatre inspections to monitor presentation and safety.
• Keeps theatre areas clean and sanitized (lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums).
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Prepares food and properly operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Reports safety issues to management and helps maintain a safe environment.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
