Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to greet guests, answer questions, and provide friendly, accurate service across concessions, box office, and usher roles as needed.

You will operate the POS system, verify tickets, share movie information, and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the venue. This entry-level role requires 16+ years old, basic food handling training, reliable attendance, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with all ages and speak English.

Mansioni

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
• Performs opening/closing duties as assigned and supports cross-functional roles as needed.
