Job summary

B&B Theatres Management Company LLC is seeking a Frontliner theatre staff member to engage guests, operate POS systems, and maintain clean, safe facilities. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and a commitment to providing memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, selling concessions, and upholding food safety and cleanliness standards across theatre areas.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to obtain R-Serving (21+), Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications as required by state and location.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Operate POS systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning and guiding guests to seats.
• Support opening and closing procedures including restocking and cash handling.
