Job summary

B&B Theatres in Clinton, MO is seeking a friendly frontliner for concessions and box office operations. This role involves engaging with guests to create a welcoming experience and handling transactions with accuracy.

Shifts are primarily evenings, weekends, and some holidays. You will help maintain clean facilities, stay informed about movie releases, and work as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent customer service required.
• Willing to obtain state certifications (R-Serving, Food Handler) paid by company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist ushering duties, including ticket scanning and guiding guests to seats.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
