Job summary

B&B Theatres is seeking a Frontliner Theatre Staff to work behind concession and box office, interacting with guests to create magical and fun experiences. This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

As a team member you will greet guests, operate the POS, prepare concessions, maintain cleanliness, assist with ushering, and support opening/closing procedures, while upholding our values of family, fun, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must be willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications; all certifications paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items, following food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Monitor auditorium conditions before, during, and after shows to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning, guiding guests to seats, and enforcing theatre policies.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including restocking, cleaning, and securing cash or supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service and support overall theatre operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain efficient and safe operations.
