Job summary

B&B Theatres is seeking a friendly Frontliner to join our Theatre Staff in Portland, TX. This part-time role involves working behind concession and box office, greeting guests, handling transactions, and ensuring a magical guest experience during evening, weekend, and holiday shows.

You’ll support food service, maintain clean areas, and collaborate with team members to deliver great guest service while upholding our core values of family, fun, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and teamwork.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain required local certifications (food handler, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure they feel welcome.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for tickets and concessions.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist with ushering duties and enforce theatre policies.
• Support opening and closing procedures and stock/cash handling.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent guest service.
