Job summary

B&B Theatres is seeking a friendly frontliner to work behind concessions and box office, greeting guests and ensuring a magical experience. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with responsibilities across sales, customer service, and operations.

You will support opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with the team to deliver excellent guest experiences while following safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise.
• Prepare and serve concession items following food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist with ushering duties and enforce theatre policies.
