Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local certifications when required.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular attendance and dependable scheduling.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and professional demeanor.
• Operate Cinemark POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Verify tickets and guide Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and event details.
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions and service needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in lobby, theatres and restrooms.
