Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. Team Members work across usher, box office, or concession roles as needed, answering questions and ensuring high service standards.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating POS for transactions, verifying tickets, and sharing theatre information. Candidates must be 16+, complete food handling training, and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety in all areas.
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
