Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience and provide accurate information about movies, events, and promotions. This role involves assisting with seating, concessions, and box office while maintaining a safe, clean theatre environment.

Team Members may cross-train as Usher, Box Office or Concessionist depending on staffing needs. Candidates should be 16 or older and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and provide courteous service.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions on your register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to an auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and special events details.
• Answer guest questions in a professional manner and uphold service quality.
• Maintain clean theatres and ensure safety and cleanliness in lobbies, auditoriums and restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
