Cinemark is hiring Theater Team Members to deliver a welcoming and efficient guest experience across ticketing, concessions, and usher duties. The role involves operating the POS, verifying tickets, recommending movie options, answering guest questions, and maintaining a clean, safe theatre environment.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training or local certification where required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Must communicate in English and interact with guests.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly, timely manner.
• Operate the POS system for all register transactions.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct guests to auditoriums.
• Provide information on pricing, movies, events, and promotions.
• Respond to guest questions with professional service.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety in all areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
