Coming Attractions Theatres, Inc. is seeking a part-time Theatre Floor Staff to deliver quality guest service in ticket and concession sales while keeping the theatre clean and welcoming. You will interact with guests, process sales, and support smooth operations to enhance the movie-going experience.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling and the chance to enjoy free movies and discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service.
• Ability to work effectively with a team; good math and cash handling skills.
• Operate a cash register and/or computer; willing to train; honest and reliable; multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with eye contact, a smile, and quick, attentive service.
• Keep box/concession areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Inform guests of promotions and savings.
• Process ticket and concession sales; operate POS and make accurate change.
• Suggest add-on items to guests' orders.
• Maintain adequate cash funds and report cash drops to management.
• Conduct theatre checks every 30–45 minutes for safety and security.
• Assist with seating and crowd control during busy times.
• Perform routine theatre checks outside the building for cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure auditoriums and restrooms are clean at night; secure all areas.
